Application of SPK with ROC and TOPSIS methods. - Final course exam.

This ROC - TOPSIS application is web-based, created as a final exam assignment for the Decision Making System (DSS) course. This application was created to consider many alternatives to speed up and facilitate users in determining the most efficient alternative, using ROC for manual weighting determined by the user and TOPSIS for determining the ranking. This application can store data history and specified weights so that users can see what data they have processed.
